RS-485 |
0.03 sec. |
|
A TIA/EIA standard for serial multipoint communications lines. It can be implemented with as little as a wire block with four screws or with DB-9 or DB-37 connectors. By using lower-impedance drivers and receivers, RS-485 allows more nodes per line than RS-422.

The sensor is rated for hazardous environments and has RS-485 Modbus communication capability. A digital RS-232 and RS-485 interface converter permits interface connection to most PCs or PLCs to manipulate common configuration parameters and provide simple solutions. Ordering options allow control from a host device via Ethernet (Modbus/TCP), RS-485 (Modbus/RTU), USB, or RS-232. |
